Overview

Pursuant to House Joint Resolution No. 30 (HJ30) and Senate Joint Resolution No. 47 (SJ47), Virginia Energy is conducting a stakeholder process to inform the State Corporation Commission's study of performance-based regulation and alternative regulatory tools.
