Skilled Pathways for Advancement, Resilience, and Knowledge (SPARK)
Virginia Energy is thrilled to announce the sub-granting of $1.3 million in Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA) funding from the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE).
The SPARK Youth Workforce Pilot Program is an energy workforce development initiative spearheaded by Virginia Energy. It specifically targets individuals aged 14 to 25 in Virginia to cultivate early interest in energy careers through training, mentorship, and practical work experiences. The program aims to establish a strong talent pipeline to support the Commonwealth's energy future.
