Mineral Mining produces Safety Alerts in response to serious injuries or fatalities, in conjunction with accident investigations, in an effort to promote awareness of incidents and to prevent future occurrences. Accidents that result in a serious personal injury or fatality are investigated by us to determine the root cause and provide recommendations in the form of an accident abstract for avoiding similar types of accidents from occurring in the future.
